Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our supervisory program and ensure the highest standards of clinical care within our practice. This role is pivotal in developing leadership and team collaboration, clinical development, supervisory development, and maintaining ethical and legal compliance as we expand our group psychotherapy practice.
Key Responsibilities and Role Expectations:
- Oversee the clinical supervision program, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain a client case load of (minimum) 10 clients in addition to supervision duties.
- Assess and enhance billing practices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and refine clinical aspects of our practice.
- Ensure compliance with CPT and DSM-5 diagnosis codes.
- Supervise documentation and curriculum to maintain compliance with insurance requirements.
- Use Therapy IQ (our EHR system) to manage and streamline clinical operations.
- Lead and develop the clinical team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Utilize Google Workspace for effective communication and project management.
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care is provided to all clients.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Support and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize practice operations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Extensive knowledge of CPT and DSM-5 diagnosis codes.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience with Therapy IQ or similar EHR systems is preferred.
- Commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
- Advanced skills in CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, SFBT, and/or ERP.
- Program and curriculum development (developing an internship program, Hybrid model care, Group development).

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $70.00 per hour
Therapy Insights Practice is a group psychotherapy practice located in Midtown Manhattan. Our approach is trauma informed/skill based in nature and we apply a wide range of techniques including CBT, DBT, EMDR, SFBT and EFT to address issues including complex trauma, mood/anxiety disorders and relationship issues. Our staff consists of diverse clinicians all with various focuses and we service individuals, couples, adolescents (age 16+), families and seniors. Many of our clients are from the LGBTQ community and our staff is trained to address their specific needs which include an understanding of systemic trauma and the impact it has throughout the lifespan.
