Local Allstate agency is seeking a qualified in-person Customer Service Professional to join their winning team. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in having unlimited income potential. Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Take inbound calls
- Conduct policy reviews
- Take payments
- Assist customer with onboarding of their new policy
- Look for opportunities to cross-sell and/or upgrade existing customers
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Job Qualifications
- Strong interest in an insurance career
- No insurance experience required (but preferred)
- Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience. Compensation: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community.
