Position Overview: As a Floor Maintenance Lead, you will handle a variety of tasks, including floor refinishing, carpet cleaning, window washing, floor scrubbing, and deep cleaning. Additionally, you will be involved in administrative and research duties to support our operations.
Starting Salary: $42,000 per year

Schedule: 4x10 Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, Evenings, Occasional overtime on Sundays
Key Responsibilities:

Floor Maintenance:
- Perform floor refinishing and scrubbing
- Clean and maintain carpets and upholstery
- Wash and maintain windows
- Conduct deep cleaning in various environments

Administrative Duties:
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping
- Conduct research related to cleaning products and techniques
- Update and maintain inventory records

Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Manage time efficiently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Experience in floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and research
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check
