Our firm oversees family law, estate planning and probate, personal injury, and business litigation. This position requires an individual who is creative, meticulous, initiative-taking, and disciplined. This individual can take direction, think creatively, and understand our core marketing initiatives, along with strong organizational and communication skills. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
-        Maintain and be engaged in a space where creative ideas and strategic thinking come together.
-        Understand, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
-        Oversee the development and implementation of our content marketing.
-        Create content that drives our brand through engagement, traffic, and conversion. 
-        Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
-        Provide a balance between imaginative, innovative approaches and thoughtful, well-      planned actions.
-        Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and business     development activities.
-        Attend and engage in networking events.
-        Attend speaking engagements on behalf of the firm. 
-        Track KPI’s and digital trends.
 
Qualifications:
 
-        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
-        2 years of experience in content marketing preferred (Law Firm experience a plus, but not required)
-        Proven history of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
-        Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
-        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-        Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
-        Knowledge of industry trends and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
-        Experience in SEO and inbound marketing trends.
-        Confident in paid ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
-        Must be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
-        Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
