Front Desk Supervisor

Full Time • HUNTERSVILLE
Position: Front Desk Supervisor

Job Description:
The primary focus of the Front Desk Supervisor will be controlling the day-to-day
operations of the front desk staff, and also include, but not be limited to retail sales,
membership sales, maintaining stock, member retention, customer satisfaction, and
assisting General Manager in daily duties including: scheduling and membership duties
while upholding professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations
* Maintains a positive relationship with members, prospects and staff
* Knows members on a first name basis
* Assist with club programs to help increase member retention
* Reviews and addresses Alert report daily
* Helps run and follow up with reports regarding members’ accounts (expired credit card, EFT returns report, etc.)
* Helps insure front desk is addressing and noting all alerted members.
* Holds FDA’s accountable for following any and all procedures.
* Trains FDA’s on front desk operations.
* Order retail supplies
* Has a firm grasp and understanding of ABC computer program
* Does daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports/checks/monitoring
*Communicates on a daily basis with the entire staff in regards to daily goals/weekly goals, etc. as it relates to specific duties and needs as it pertains to that specific day upon meeting with the GM.
*Hold staff accountable for daily checklists (cleaning)
* Have a board set up with every employee’s goals for supplements, assessment booking, and any item you deem necessary to help your team hit the $ per check in goal
*Have weekly promo’s for the front desk staff ready to go each week. As it relates to hitting your $ per check in goal.
*Make sure all tanning beds are cleaned as need be and ready for the next user. Do
not let tanning beds sit dirty or put anyone in a dirty tanning bed.
*Keep front desk staff accountable for staying on top of laundry and not letting towels get to low or behind
*Report in equipment log any issues on the floor and communicate with the GM on these issues.

Work Schedule
* 40 – 50 hours per week
* Hours/Shifts may vary and are subject to change
* Additional hours may be requested depending on special events

Compensation: $24,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
