Position Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Advisor represents clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. This is a commission-based role designed for professionals who want to build and manage their own client portfolio within a supportive brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through in-person and digital engagement
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Utilize available sales strategies, technology, and marketing tools
- Stay informed on local market trends and property data
- Collaborate with team members to support transaction success
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a production-based environment
- Comfort with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
