We blend the principles of Maitland, PNF, and McKenzie, while emphasizing overload and specificity training principles to deliver high-quality care. We believe in minimizing modalities and reject the cookie-cutter approach—no bike, TENS, ultrasound, or cold/heat pack assembly lines here. Instead, we focus on personalized treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
