We pride ourselves on our quick response and high-quality work, helping businesses and homeowners recover from disasters. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our construction division.

The Construction Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our construction team by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of projects, and maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Organize, manage, and maintain all construction-related documents, including contracts, permits, blueprints, and job files.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between project managers, job file coordinators, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all parties are informed and updated regularly.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and coordinating project timelines, meetings, and inspections to ensure timely project completion.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain project data, including budgets, schedules, and personnel records, using SERVPRO’s project management software.
  • Financial Support: Assist with the preparation and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents related to construction projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as SERVPRO’s standards and guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Experience:

  • Previous experience in a construction or administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service in an office setting is a MUST.
Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with construction management software.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and documentation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
