We are looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and confidence in working with in-bed clients. This is a resident caregiver position, providing Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and assistance to a bedridden client, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor the client's health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist in mobility, including client repositioning to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Ensure that the client's living space is clean and organized.
- Prepare meals and help with feeding if needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver, especially with bedridden clients.
- Confidence to handle the physical and emotional needs of a bedridden client.
- Ability to work as a resident caregiver with flexible schedules.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with health professionals and family members.
- Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Compensation: $192.00 - $195.00 per day
