Job Summary
We are seeking a Fitness Sales Associate to join our HOTWORX team at our successful gym! As a Fitness Sales Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, cold calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness.
The position is hourly PLUS commission.

Responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym
- Answer phone calls and assist members
- Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience
- Provide members with needed retail items through a needs-based selling process
- Create and post social media on company platforms that should be creative, informative, funny, or create awareness, etc...
- Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- self-confident and a TRUE people person
- Proficient in computer programs
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation: $13.00 per hour
