ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member with Angel Chaparro - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries & coordinating with other agency team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market our products & services to existing and new customers.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingual English & Spanish
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in South Ogden.
Our office is open M-F 9 to 5.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Recruiter.
I am a proud graduate of Weber State University.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 32 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
