You will be responsible for assisting guest with check in/out, solving guest problems, running daily reports and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage PMS (Property Management System), phones and in-person room reservations.
- Welcome guests, check-in/check-out guests, assists billing, Describe hotel amenities and local attractions to guests.
- Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
- Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs.
- Balancing the accounts from day shift and running nightly report
- Managing front desk activity, such as answering phones handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.
- Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly.
- Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments.
