ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Work with Agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Host community events/sponsorships with Agent and team.
- Make outbound calls to new prospects and setting IFRs (Insurance Financial Reviews) with current clients.
- Hit monthly production goals.
- Taking inbound calls to service the existing book of business.
- Assisting with walk-in appointments.
- Market products and services based on customer needs.
- Onboarding new clients to our Agency by using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
