Job Summary

As the Sparkle Squad Holiday Lighting Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our dazzling holiday displays, year after year. You'll not only use your creativity and technical skills to design and install stunning lighting, but you'll also play a crucial role in leading our holiday lighting team and contributing to the growth of this service. You'll manage installations, ensuring safety and efficiency, while providing top-notch customer service to build a loyal client base. Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of holiday lighting installers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the installation process, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage schedules, routes, and resources to optimize productivity during the holiday season.
Design and Installation:
- Create and install breathtaking holiday lighting displays, using your artistic eye and technical expertise to bring our clients' visions to life.
- Utilize Holiday Home Concepts to create accurate and visually appealing designs for holiday lighting installations.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand holiday lighting services to existing clients.
Training and Development:
- Train new installers on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development.
CRM and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, customer interactions, and sales opportunities using Vonigo (our CRM system).
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies for all installations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license (required).
Prior experience in holiday lighting installation and leadership is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Comfortable working at heights and using specialized equipment.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
A passion for creating beautiful and festive holiday displays is a must!

Additional Information

Work Hours: Our typical work week is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on the workload. During the holiday season, be prepared for some evening and weekend work to help us spread the holiday cheer!

Training: We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role, including holiday lighting design and installation techniques.
