The team member will meet the changing needs of clients by customizing policies to fit with their lifestyle. We expect team members to develop and deepen their relationships with clients so that our dedication is assured, and their loyalty is secured.

·         Develop and execute marketing strategies for new customers, including automotive, casualty, health, life, property and financial services.

·         Customize our customers insurance package to minimalize risk to protect their assets, while simultaneously investing for their future.

·         Cultivate prospective new business through internet leads, warm-calls, emails, referrals, and networking.

·         Generate sales leads from various engagement initiatives within defined territory.

·         Proactively contact leads and schedule appointments to recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages.

·         Determine specific client needs by researching current coverage and options, and grow and maintain business through product sales, cross-sales, referrals, your own circle of influence, and renewals.

·         Meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies and answering questions related to coverage and premiums

·         Become a leader in the Georgetown County community.

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Current P&C and Life Licenses preferred.

·         Creative, goal-oriented, individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.

·         Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
