As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Charline Espinoza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- BOD tasks
- Assist customer with claims
- Take payments
- Multi-line sales
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with a tiered commission structure: earn up to 10% on Property & Casualty premiums
- Licensing expenses reimbursed after the first 6 months.
- Appealing signing bonuses for pre-licensed candidates.
- - Base plus commission can make as much as $20 - $35 per hour. with Multiline sales. . with Multiline sales.

- MUST OBTAIN LICENCE PRIOR TO HIRE
