ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Service Team Member at our insurance agency, you will be an essential part of our customer service team. Your role will involve providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to the success of our agency and help us provide valuable insurance solutions to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, claims, and billing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and attentive service
- Process policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to educate clients on insurance options that best fit their requirements
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong active listening abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing outstanding service
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer service field is preferred
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate insurance software systems

Compensación: $31,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
