As a Casual Warehouse Associate in our Distribution Service Centre team in South Richmond, BC you will learn how to perform a wide range of tasks and responsibilities that ensure our stores get the right product at the right time. Duties may include (but are not limited to):
- Using our state-of-the-art voice picking technology to assemble store orders.
- Learning to operate our forklifts and mobile pallet moving equipment.
- Working alongside our conveyor lines and shipping/assembly area.
- Competitive pay ($18.00/hour to start)
- A work environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation.
- On-site physiotherapist.
- This is a casual position for the holiday shopping season. Shifts will run during the months of September to December. Candidates may be offered permanent part time positions upon the completion of this work period.
- Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday to Sunday, up to 40 hours per week.
- Previous experience operating mobile pallet moving equipment (rider jack), sit-down counterbalance or a forklift is an asset. Training will be provided. Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
