Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, establishing rapport and building trust.
- Educate prospects about Reagan Gold Group's services, investment opportunities, and the benefits of precious metals.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for Senior Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
- Work closely with senior sales staff to ensure smooth client hand-off and continued engagement.
- Represent Reagan Gold Group's brand with professionalism and a strong client-first approach.
Requirements:
- Prior sales, client engagement experience, Gold experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to listen, build trust, and present information clearly.
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to meet and exceed goals.
- Organised with attention to detail in maintaining client records.
- Knowledge or interest in finance, economics, or precious metals is a plus.
