Responsibilities
- Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and payments
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their policies are up to date
- Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and assisting with cross-selling opportunities
- Document client interactions in the CRM and ensure all information is accurate
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required; we will provide all necessary training
- Strong communication and organizational skills
