Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW to join our team as a Family Therapist!
Join us as we become 1 of 2 agencies in the State of New Mexico to offer an exclusive evidence-based family therapy intervention with over 60 years of positively impacting families. In this role, you will engage families in therapeutic sessions involving all family members. The ideal candidate understands family systems and is passionate about impacting families. Basic intervention knowledge of communication skills, assisting clients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guiding them through crises is necessary. This position requires participating in training and certification in an evidence-based model. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment method
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current NM License
Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized

Compensation: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour

Dr. Sandra Y. Herrera-Spinelli, has worked with families since 1997 to promote healthy children and families. As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, a wife, mother, and a Doctor of Social Work specializing in family interventions, Dr. Sandra Herrera-Spinelli is the founder of the non-profit Wellness Studios Inc.

Dr. Sandra's drive to create a center for Fair-Priced affordable integrative healthcare comes from her own healing through her mother’s masajes and other alternative treatments. Wellness Studios Inc. is the manifestation of evolving research on health and wellness that demonstrates that ancient and traditional health modalities are effective. Healing from trauma occurs without labels, recognizing and reflecting on inner strength, and through validation and skill-building. We are proud to offer a program that recognizes the courage of the EMT students and creates a long-term relationship so they know that we will be there to support them along the way in their careers.
