About the Role
As our Dispatch Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our teams are scheduled efficiently and our clients receive top-notch service. If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role could be your perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and dispatch restoration teams to client sites, working closely with the management team.
  • Update and maintain scheduling software to ensure the right teams are assigned to the right projects.
  • Assist project managers as needed to support smooth project execution.
  • Monitor after-hours calls to address urgent issues and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain and manage the schedule at all times, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls, including inquiries, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Perform accurate and detailed data entry to support scheduling and client management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Demonstrate quick thinking and problem-solving skills when unexpected issues arise during the scheduling or dispatch process.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and information before arriving at job sites.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office-related roles.
  • Prior dispatch experience is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, team members, and management.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the local area is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
