Celebrations Speech Group is hiring full-time, salaried, in-person, school-based SLPAs in Oakland & Richmond, CA, to provide exceptional services to our students across various grade levels.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct student speech therapy and implement services under the supervision of an SLP.
Document treatment plans and progress reports accurately, update student progress biannually.
Assist in scheduling IEP meetings and maintaining speech files.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Required: Current California SLPA License.
In-person: Must be able to work on-site, in-person
Education: Associate's Degree in Speech Pathology or a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, collaborative demeanor with a desire to work with diverse populations.
Exercise good judgment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Supportive Team: Collaborate with amazing supervising SLPs ready to welcome SLPAs to assist with managing caseloads and enhancing student outcomes.
