As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sandy Meurer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on client needs.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Compensación: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
