Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
Develop and implement effective case strategies.
Conduct settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
Participate in trials and courtroom activities (trial experience is preferred but not required).
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
