About the Job:

As a key member of our litigation team, you will play an essential role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Propound and respond to discovery.
Maintain organized case files.
Manage and calendar court deadlines.
Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts.
Prepare cases for trial.
Communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years of civil litigation experience.
Paralegal certificate required.
Strong understanding of California civil procedure.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Experience with CASEpeer or OneLegal is preferred.
Familiarity with local court rules is a bonus.
Must be able to work in our Torrance office at least 4 days per week. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.
