HCOA Fitness is the leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico with 14 gyms around the island. We focus on providing our members with the tools they need to achieve their goals and achieve lifelong results.
 
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented gym membership salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate about fitness and wellness, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Membership Sales: Prospect, present, and close sales of gym memberships.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the gym's services, facilities, and programs.
  • Customer Tracking: Track leads and existing customers to encourage retention and upsells.
  • Goal Fulfillment: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

 RATINGS
 
  • You must possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Basic knowledge of the fitness industry (desirable).
  • Flexible schedule - day, night and/or weekend shifts.
