Project Director - Restoration
The Project Director is the first interaction with the customer after a loss.  The Project Director is a voice of calm in the midst of chaos and is responsible for interacting with the customer in a courteous and professional manner, presenting/selling all three verticals of mitigation, contents and reconstruction, as applicable. 
 
 Up to $75,000 base salary with additional bonus opportunities!

RESPONSIBILITES:         
  • First interaction with Customer in site
  • Responsible for acknowledgement of arrival and compliance with Carrier Service levels
  • Collect 3D scans on the project for exterior and interior repairs
  • Scopes losses
  • Discusses repairs with the customer and obtains work authorization/contract
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, as determined by completed satisfaction surveys.
  • Responsibility for adhering to the PDO Health & Safety Program.
  • Maintain contact/relationships with key customers. Meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Support staff in key client situations and events.
  • Collect Accounts Receivable
Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, TSheets, Moisture Mapper, and additional systems as requested
  • Ability to create documents
  • Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Ability to work independently and / or with a team
  • Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
  • Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
  • Maintain a level of confidentiality
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision
  • Three years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industry
Preferred:
  • Class A or B General Contractors License
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
