We are hosting walk in interviews on September 26th from 9a-4p at our Inver Grove Heights location, address will be provided the day before! We are looking for people who want to work in home care and have a passion for keeping people happy and healthy while in the comfort of their own home. We are looking for both part time and full time for all of our locations! We will be interviewing for all of our territories, which consist of: Burnsville, Bloomington, Golden Valley and St. Paul! YOU could be hired on the spot!!

Role Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
