Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing strategies across multiple franchise locations within the region. This role involves leading and coaching a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, achieving annual sales revenue goals, marketing, and team development within the restoration or service-based industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team in your region to exceed individual and team goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team & franchise performance metrics vs goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Director and the company’s Executive Board to align sales goals with business objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Complete annual marketing needs assessment, develop and execute annual marketing plan, including digital marketing.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Undertake competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with our brand standards.
  • Engage with industry associations in your region and participate in regional (and sometimes national) industry events and trade shows.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and other contacts 
  • Effectively use our CRM 
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new prospects, leads and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Train, coach and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team in your region, including by engaging in one to ones and time in the field with your sales team..
  • Recruit high-performing sales and marketing team members in your region.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open 
  • communication and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Executive Board and participate in regular meetings with the Director of Sales & Marketing and/or the Executive Board.
  • Analyze regional sales and branch data, CRM data and marketing campaign results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the restoration, construction, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with 2+ years of experience managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience of networking and building relationships with the insurance industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to travel within the region on a daily basis and as and when required ability to travel to other regions and locations.

Salary 
  • $100,000 to $150,000

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
