Midsize homebuilder is seeking an individual to fill the full-time position of Construction Laborer. The successful candidate should have knowledge of all phases of construction with the ability to work both independently and with others inside and outside the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Grading, erosion control, drainage, rough cleaning and general labor

• Other projects as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Experience with construction and/or erosion control measure installation and maintenance is a plus
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying objects of 50+ pounds, standing, walking, climbing stairs, sustained bending and overhead reaching
• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between jobsites on a daily basis
• Ability to work well with regulatory agencies for inspection purposes
• Positive attitude
