Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate water mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining transparent communication throughout the restoration process.
- Collaborate with field technicians to assess damage, develop mitigation plans, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure that all restoration activities align with company standards of client compassion, professional excellence, and environmental stewardship.
- Maintain detailed project records, including reports, documentation, and progress updates in mitigation software Encircle.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technology advancements, and environmental guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in services.
- Foster a positive client experience by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a swift response to all inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in water damage restoration, project management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of water mitigation processes, industry regulations, and environmental considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and client care.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- IICRC certification or similar industry accreditation is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
