About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Yavapai County in Prescott Valley, AZ. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for a motivated individual who can oversee and manage construction projects with precision and efficiency. The Restoration Project Manager will oversee all construction phases of residential and commercial construction related to damage typically caused by water or fire damage. 


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Manage project documentation and reporting
  • Supervise and mentor construction staff
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
