ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Insurance and Financial Services Representative for Megan Green State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will maintain high activity in order to bring new customers to our office and build insurance programs to help protect them and their families.

-Must be willing to complete a CTS sales assessment prior to interview.
-Must be highly self motivated and maintain high activity throughout the day.
-Must be sales minded and motivated by commission pay structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain high activity and outbound calls to achieve sales goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Must thrive off of commission based pay.
Have competitive and self motivated mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior insurance sales experience or similar field required.
Must be able to obtain relevant insurance licenses.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
