We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Associate to join our sales team. This entry-level sales position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales and client management. As an Account Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, support sales activities, and help build strong, lasting relationships that drive business growth.
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product/service information.
- Assist in generating leads through research, outreach, and collaboration with the sales team.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals that highlight product/service benefits.
- Maintain and update client accounts and sales databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on client engagement activities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors to better position our offerings.
- Work closely with team members to support a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience.
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and client interaction.
- Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to multi-task and use multiple computer monitors; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
- Problem-solving mindset with a goal-driven attitude.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not required.
