Pay: $18-22 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Emergency Response: Arrive on-site quickly to assess damage and prepare for the start of mitigation.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide reassurance.
- Damage Assessment: Conduct a thorough inspection of the affected area to determine the extent of the damage.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless response.
- Documentation: Accurately document all aspects of the damage and the restoration process through written documentation and photos.
- Communication: Communicate next steps needed to appropriate team members within process.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect both workers and customers. Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
- High School Diploma/GED required, associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Industry certifications strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
