These are the store’s most capable Juiceristas.
They are the ACTING MANAGER on duty during their shifts.
Shift Leaders oversee that we deliver a quality product while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Shift Leaders are efficient in opening and closing the business. They are empowered to make decisions and answer all guests’ questions.
Shift Leaders:
- Take initiative and are proactive in completing and delegating store tasks
- Key holders of the store
- Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts
- Can hold the team accountable to keep up with Clean Juice standards and procedures
- Are eligible for promotions for management positions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 to $15.00 per hour plus tips
Expected hours: Up to 30 hours per week
