ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Terez Wilson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer inbound calls & direct calls to the appropriate individual.
Answer customer inquiries, take messages for agency.
Take payments and assist customers with billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Licensing not required, but recommended.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Our office is located in East Memphis near Poplar Ave. and Mendenhall.
I am a proud graduate of The University of Memphis.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
