- Establish business customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain business insurance client relationships.
- Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to business clients.
- Assist clients with policy renewals and claims.
- 1+ years of experience in business insurance sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
