About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Work well with a team of childcare providers
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
- Communicate effectively with parents and families
- Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare center
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
- Able to Maintain all Clearances and background checks required by the state
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children
