Job Description :

As a Data Analyst/IT Consultant at Client, you will serve as a technology expert and a pivotal figure in advancing data services. You will be instrumental in analyzing, compiling, validating, and querying data related to discrimination incidents, cases, and outcomes. Your expertise in statistical analysis will illuminate trends and patterns that are critical for our mission's success. In addition to these duties, you will also serve as a business analyst driving requirements for the enhancement of a case management system at Client. Finally, you will assist with various end user support roles as needed. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and manage data using advanced data analysis and datamining techniques. 
 - Engage with Client customers, managers, executives, and end users to analyze project objectives, data source systems, and data application specifications. Minimum Qualifications - 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with MSSharePoint and Power BI. - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with usersto define requirements and build out user stories and use cases for a new casemanagement system. - 6+ years of experience in IT support roles in a Microsoftenvironment troubleshooting PC and LAN related issues. - Strong understanding of data analysis, data mining, andstatistical analysis techniques. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with theability to address diverse audiences. - Proven track record of working independently and as a technicallead.  CONTRACT JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and understanding agency case management data for effective visualization and analysis.
  • Collaborating with data stewards and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes through the implementation of a business intelligence database.
  • Ensuring data security and compliance meets with District policy.
  • Analyzing information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by Client staff.
  • Leveraging MS Power BI for an active enterprise-wide case management data migration effort.
  • Designing and developing MS Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders’ needs and integrating the reports in agency applications including the Client Case Management System (CMS) and SharePoint.
  • Providing training and support to end users on using MS Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest MS Power BI and SharePoint features and trends.
Experience:

  • IT support roles in a Microsoft environment: 6 years (Preferred)
  • troubleshooting PC and LAN related issues..: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Exp as a BA working with users to define requirements: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Data Analyst working with MS SharePoint and Power BI.: 6 years (Preferred)
  • running queries in databases using SQL: 3 years (Preferred)
  • perform analysis of data in relational & non relational DB: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent: 4 years (Preferred)
Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
