As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Renewal calls and Policy changes
- Assist with office tasks as needed
- Identify and act on cross sell opportunities within the current book of business on a proactive basis

- Experience in the insurance field for two or more years is ideal
- P&C Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License (Ideal, not required)
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems effectively
- Be able to work a full work week of 40 hours in office - our office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm in Santa Ana.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
