Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate BCaBA to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other behavioral challenges. The role requires a commitment to improving clients' quality of life through evidence-based practices and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Accurately collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior, and report findings to the BCBA.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure the consistency of behavior strategies across settings.
  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments under BCBA guidance.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and data collection, and prepare progress reports.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, therapists, and educators.
Qualifications:

  • Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
