Responsibilities:
- Professionally follow up and close on opportunities provided from agent and company advertising and marketing.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads through referrals, networking and community events.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated & Coachable
- Proficient in customer communications
- Previous Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
