- Texas General Lines Agent Licenses Property & Casualty and Life, Health, Accident, & HMO preferred.
- Interview process requires completion of a skills assessment, background check, and drug screen.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
- Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Provide initial information to potential clients and answer questions about insurance options.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
- Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
- Review regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and daily or monthly goals.
- Handle in office walk-in sales and quotes or customer questions.

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in League City.
- Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2017.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
