About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and dressing
- Support mobility, physical therapy exercises, and help with walking
- Monitor food intake and vital signs, ensuring patient well-being
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care
- Be a dependable advocate for each patient's needs
What You Bring to the Team:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CNA certification
- First aid and CPR certification
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and support patient mobility
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, ethical, and compassionate nature
