RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant client information.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license - We will pay for training!
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license within 3 months of your start date - We will pay for training!
- Prior office experience required, insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Compensación: $42,900.00 - $60,000.00 per year
