Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing
Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to develop and oversee strategic initiatives that enhance our digital presence while driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the AlphaGraphics and PostNet brands. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, technologically minded leader with the ability to inspire and guide digital marketing team members in executing strategies that achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to optimize and improve both brands’ digital presence on the national and local levels.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, audience needs, and business objectives.
  • Define the system standards for digital marketing for our franchise networks, creating a framework for implementation and compliance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies and programs, including both national and local content creation and optimization, online listings and off-site SEO, digital advertising, and more.
  • Grow and develop the Digital Services team, providing best-in-class support to franchisees and helping them implement local digital marketing programs.
  • Set clear performance expectations for team members, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and accountability.
  • Leverage the latest tools and technologies to automate workflow and improve team efficiency.

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and assess the performance of both national and local digital marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain digital marketing reports for key stakeholders.
  • Effectively use attribution modeling and conversion metrics to demonstrate campaign performance and ROI.

Presentations and Training:
  • Regularly present performance updates, campaign results, and insights to leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Interact professionally and knowledgeably with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to digital marketing programs.
  • Understand and address the requirements of national marketing initiatives, presenting appropriate data and raising the digital marketing acumen of our franchise network.
  • Use your expertise to support the development of training materials in the ever-evolving digital marketing space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in digital marketing and the ability to create digital marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Understanding of small business operations and franchise industry marketing is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, with the capacity to leverage and adapt to new tools. 
  • Expertise in web analytics tools for data interpretation, e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SEMRush, AHrefs, or similar SEO software.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, if available.

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
