Well established HVAC-R and Facilities Maintenance company seeking experienced, career-minded, multi-skilled HVAC service technicians and facilities maintenance / kitchen equipment technicians immediately. Applicants should already have prior experience working in either the HVAC, facilities maintenance, or commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance fields.

You will report daily to our shop in Waukegan, IL, but the jobs will be located all over the Chicagoland, NW Indiana and SE Wisconsin areas.

Our technicians typically perform service in residential, commercial, industrial, and corporate settings. HVAC technicians must know how to service and troubleshoot all types of equipment, including furnaces, condensing units, boiler systems, roof top units, chillers, walk in coolers/freezers, ice machines, etc. Kitchen repair techs should have knowledge in servicing / troubleshooting walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, deep dryers, exhaust hoods, panini makers, deep dryers, coffee roasters, grab-and-go coolers, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a hard-working, team-player with a good attitude and great customer service skills.

MUST have a clean-cut, presentable appearance.

MUST have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

MUST be able to work on a rotating evening/ weekend schedule and overtime when necessary.

Hands-on experience in the field strongly preferred

Good communication skills.

Must be able to lift at least 50-75 pounds.

Must be EPA Universal certified or in the process of obtaining certification.

Willing to work 40-50+ hours per week when necessary.

MUST be able to pass criminal background.
