ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Sales Rep for State Farm - John Diehl Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations, customer satisfaction and growth of our agency. By interacting with current and new clients, you will offer a competitively priced Auto, Home, Condo, Life, Disability insurance and product offerings by our alliance partners - US Bank and Trupanion. You will help grow our agency through meaningful client conversations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Auto/Fire or Life/Health Licensed is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
